How to Purchase

Please note the item number and title of your selection from the Gallery or size and color from the Cremation Urns. For prompt service, and to ensure that your choice is still available, please telephone 413-268-7535, or email aquient@valinet.com. You may also print the order form, fill it out and mail it to:

When we receive your order we will advise you of the total amount due, including tax (for Massachusetts customers only) and shipping costs. You may pay by check or credit card. If paying by check please allow two weeks for payment to clear our bank. If you are paying by credit card we will take your card information over the telephone. All orders are carefully double-boxed and shipped via UPS.

Sales Policy

If you are not staisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Items may be returned in good condition if you notify us within fourteen days of your purchase. We will send a UPS pickup order for the item. The customer is responsible for UPS charges for returns, unless we determine that the item was defective or not as represented.
