800 Number Service

We have expanded our service to offer 800 number dialup service. The number can be used within the United States (continental US as well as Hawaii and Alaska), Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

This option is available to you with a regular $18 per month dial up account, in addition to a setup fee and deposit.

If you request the service, the following fees will apply, and after signing up you will receive access to the number. The cost for using the 800 number service is as follows:

• Calls from within the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska are charged at $12.00 per hour
  
• Calls from Canada are charged at $18.00 per hour
  
• Calls from the US Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico are charged at $18.00 per hour

The billed amount is determined by adding the total calls within each month, subject to the rates above, with a one-hour minimum; billed in half-hour increments.

Once activated, your account will be charged a $10.00 setup fee. In addition, a $50 credit card/cash deposit is required (cash deposit may be made by money order, however no personal checks will be accepted.) The deposit is NOT applied towards the accumulated bill, and will be refunded and/or applied toward the account only if the dialup account is closed.

Use of the 800 number with your specific account user name and password will also be considered activation of this service, and all fees will apply.
