If you dial to any of the following:

Windows XP and Mac OSX users see below for instructions on how to change your dialup number...
WINXP
If you connect through a shortcut on your desktop, simply double click on your shortcut and change the phone number shown in the connection box. You will be prompted to make this a permanent change. Click Yes.
MAC OSX
Click on the Apple and go to Preferences. Choose the Network icon, then click on the PPP tab, and change the phone number in the box that is displayed. Click "apply now" and close out of the Network panel.
