Suspicious messages are not bounced or deleted. They are quarantined in a secure web-based message center for review or disposition. The end user can review messages. Messages can be delivered or deleted, and rules can be tuned to increase accuracy.

Virus Protection

Virus protection is available at no additional charge when you sign up for spam filtering.

Note that you should still always use virus protection software, but this protection will scan incoming email attachments for viruses. It will quarantine all threatening messages in your Message Center where you will be able to safely view the message without any danger or damage to your system.

This inline virus scanning ensures that virus definitions are updated regularly with the most common and dangerous viruses. You will be notified immediately via email when a virus-infected message is quarantined.
